All prices are displayed in USD. If shopping Internationally, consider the price conversion from USD to your country's currency, because the price listed at checkout may differ from your bank statement.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of your order being placed. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee any changes beyond 1 hour of your order being placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
We are unable to add, remove or change items within an order because they are processed automatically and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments payments can be made in 4 interest-free installments allowing your payments to be automatically charged to your preferred debit or credit card every 2 weeks. These options are only available for United States customers.

Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and PayPal purchases follow VICI’s standard return policy: returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery by creating a return label. You’ll then have an additional 15 days to drop off your return—giving you up to 30 days from the delivery date to complete your return. Returns are for store credit only.
If you have returned your order - partial or full - and you have not paid off all your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount, and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the item(s) once returned.
Promo codes are valid for a set % or dollar amount off on all eligible merchandise online at vicicollection.com. Yes, you can combine promo codes with any E-Gift Card/Store Credit codes. When checking out, enter the E-Gift Card code first and then enter the promotional code. VICI is not responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout.
Please note, the Order Confirmation email and invoice you receive will only reflect the order total and not the method of payment breakdown.
Our Preorder Items are best-selling VICI pieces that have previously been in-stock and sold-out. The estimated ship date for the item will be displayed on the product page.
Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped. Preorder items are not eligible for Express, Priority Express or Next Day Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.
If you need to cancel/update your Preorder, please contact our Customer Care team. Preorders can only be canceled for a full refund before the item ships. Once your item has shipped, the return falls under our regular return policy for store credit only.
For returns on preorders, you must initiate your return within 15 days of delivery by creating a QR code or return label. You will then have an additional 15 days to drop off the return—allowing up to 30 days total from the delivery date to complete your return.

Orders placed with Standard Shipping can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders with Expedited Shipping methods placed before 11 AM PT (2 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day. Expedited Orders placed after 11 AM PT (2 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Expedited Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PT (2 PM ET) and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

For international orders, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) will be included in the final amount of your order upon checkout. This will provide our customer with 100% visibility to fully landed costs, faster delivery with no delays or unanticipated fees at delivery.
VICI is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items.
We are unable to deliver to International Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.
Orders submitted after 11AM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays. In the event of a holiday falling on a Monday, your order will be processed on the subsequent Tuesday.
Preorder items are not eligible for Express, Priority Express, or Next Day shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.
VICI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.
VICI will accept returns and exchanges initiated within 15 days of delivery for U.S. customers only including these U.S. Territories (Samoa, Tonga, U.S. Outlying Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico). Once your return is initiated by creating a return label, you’ll have 15 more days to drop off your return, giving you up to 30 days from the delivery date to complete the process. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.
We offer free returns for store credit only. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted.

High Volume Return Policy
VICI reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $4.99 per item to customers that show high volumes of return activity, which is defined as: i) $3,000 of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more or (ii) $1,500 of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more.
The return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers who fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, ineligibility for free return shipping, a restocking fee and/or refusal of returns.
VICI reserves the right to deny or refuse returns at our discretion.
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible return items from your order. Please select which items you want to return. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Happy Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your Happy Return Bar drop-off or a pre-paid shipping label. Online returns are also accepted at our Nashville store and Pop-ups.
For accurate store credit processing, it's essential that your return matches the items you originally selected when generating your return label. Please refrain from including any extra items or combining this return with another.
An emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or when the label is scanned by the carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
Exchanges are for United States orders only including these U.S. Territories (Samoa, Tonga, U.S. Outlying Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico).
To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Center! Enter your order number and zip code to view items eligible for exchange. You’ll be able to select a different size or color of the same item, if available.
Once you've selected your exchange item, choose your preferred return method:
- Happy Returns Bar Drop-Off: You’ll receive a QR code.
- Prepaid Shipping Label: You’ll receive a printable label to drop off with your carrier.
To help ensure your requested exchange item is reserved, we ask that your return is scanned within 24 hours of initiating the process. We cannot guarantee the item will still be available if the return is not scanned promptly.
Please keep in mind:
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, if in stock.
- One exchange per item is allowed.
- Exchanges are available to U.S. customers only.
- A minimum inventory level is required to process the exchange. Because the replacement item is not reserved until the return is scanned, availability may change.
